Hi, I'm Sean. I'm 18 years old and a senior at Winter Park High School. I love aviation, working out, and exploring, I have a dog named Rowdy, and I'm looking to study medicine. My SAT score is a 1550, I'm a National Merit Semi-Finalist, I've won awards at an international medical conference for a study I'm conducting, and I am on track to graduate high school with 17 AP credits. My areas of specialty are SAT prep, essay review (for college applications or otherwise), biology, and physics (AP 1/Honors); but if there's something you need help with and I haven't listed, feel free to contact me through text or email.
Ever feel frustrated with virtual learning? As of late, many features of education have moved online—leaving behind those of us who don't learn that way. Believe me, I'm terrible at it. Science says in-person learning is much more effective, too. That's why I only do in-person sessions, including (most) travel with no extra fee, making a valuable resource much more accessible.
I'll drive to you anywhere near Winter Park for completely free! Any significant travel outside may incur a $10 fee per session to make up for time spent driving.
We can meet up at the Winter Park Library, the Starbucks on Aloma & Balfour, or the Panera Bread on Park Ave for no extra cost! Know another study spot? Just ask!
I scored a 770/800 in reading and a 780/800 in math on the SAT (1550 Total). Through working towards this score, I've learned some very valuable tips and tricks that can absolutely change the way you approach the test—these are things you won't find in the prep book. In addition, I'll work one-on-one with students with curricula tailored exactly to their strengths and weaknesses with targeted questions and learning based on their practice test scores. I can also work with the PSAT and to a lesser extent, the ACT. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions
Writing essays, especially for college, can be stressful. Believe me, I wrote 45 of them. But once you write that many essays, you start to get pretty good at it—and I want to help you get there too. Whether you need one-on-one brainstorming and revision sessions or just a simple edit, I can help you out. With simple and reasonable pricing either hourly or by word count, you'll know what you'll pay upfront. Any questions? Feel free to text/email me.
Feeling a little lost in a class? I can help. I can provide specific tutoring in certain AP subjects in which I'm especially strong, but I'm also able to tutor most subjects at or below a high school level or even just help with homework assignments. These are the AP classes which I have the most complete knowledge on. Need help with something else? Contact me and I'll see if I can help you.
